Yesterday’s Royal Wedding celebrations went down a treat, with the table crammed full of traditional and exotic delights, the team at the National Design Academy thoroughly enjoyed the spread and of course the wonderful decorations!
Amongst the ham and cucumber sandwiches and Victoria sponge, our structural Designer Sara and Web Developer Lyn, made some exotic dishes to spice up the spread; Persian sweet, Pashmak (like cotton candy), Kung Pow chicken and Tang Cu Paign (pork ribs).
I didn’t even get chance to tweet any pictures, the food was going so fast – especially the trifle! It was wonderful to see everyone embracing Britishness, food and culture. The street party style atmosphere was brilliant and we all went home very full. Here are some snaps which I managed to get of our Royal Fuddle and I hope you all have a fantastic Royal Weekend!
